Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At SCENTED CASTLE, we are committed to providing a luxury fragrance experience. We take great care in packaging and quality control to ensure every order reaches you perfectly.

1. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we follow strict hygiene and authenticity standards.

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order was missing items

To be eligible for a return request, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear images.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products with removed seals or tampered packaging
  • Orders placed during sale or promotional offers (unless damaged)
  • Gift cards or complimentary items

We request customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the return request is reviewed and approved.

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/provider
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side

SCENTED CASTLE reserves the right to deny refund requests if the claim does not meet our policy conditions.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are offered only in cases of incorrect or damaged products.

If eligible, we will replace the item with the same product (subject to availability). If the product is unavailable, you may choose an alternate item or store credit.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled

To cancel, please contact our support team immediately.

6. Damaged or Wrong Orders

If you receive a damaged parcel or incorrect item, please ensure:

  • You record an unboxing video from start to finish
  • You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product remains unused and in original packaging

Claims submitted without proper proof may not be accepted.
