Order Fulfilment
Orders are shipped from Monday through Saturday. We pride ourselves on shipping your order as fast as possible, usually, within 2-3 business days after it is placed, although, in some cases, we may need up to 3-4 business days to fulfil your order. Holidays and sales may result in longer shipping times, despite our best efforts to minimize that.
Occasionally, some products will run out of stock due to large orders that come in before inventory is updated, this may result in a delay in shipping just that item or your entire order. We will notify you if this happens.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. If you receive a product in a damaged condition, we will offer you a replacement with in 3 and 4 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged with in 3 and 4 business days. . If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at team@Scentedcastle.com or go to contact us page https://scentedcastle.com/contact-us/
Shipping and returns
We absolutely guarantee that the perfume you purchased from www.Scentedcastle.com is genuine and authentic. Once you have opened the product and used it, it cannot be returned for a refund or replacements.
We carefully wrap all packages so that your purchase will arrive safely. Sometimes the courier company seems to let monkey’s jump up and down on the package. If you get a package and the bottle is broken or leaked, please snap a photo and email us with your order number at team@Scentedcastle.com, upon receipt of the photo, we will send a replacement package for the damaged items.
We request you that please inspect the package upon receipt and notify us within 24 hours if there is any problem we will replace product within 3 to 4 business days.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
- If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. It is NOT possible to cancel part of your order. We recommend you cancel the entire order and re-purchase required quantity to simplify the transaction.
- If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount subject to deduction of charges if any and whereas you cancel your order after the shipment but before receipt of the item, the same will be liable for deduction of the two-way shipping costs.
- No extra charges will be deducted on cancellation of order.
- There are circumstances when the company might have to cancel a particular order.
- Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order and scentedcastle.com reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
- Although our online stock inventory is programmed to update automatically,  scentedcastle.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to inform you via telephone or email or mobile text about a shortfall in the quantity you ordered of any item. In all such cases, we have the right to either supply you less than the quantity you ordered or cancel your order with prior notice to you.
- If an order is to be canceled after shipment, the individual return policy of the vendor applies. A return fee is charged by vendors in most cases.
